Relation to Shelsi: Second cousin... once removed... maybe... :)

COMMENTS:

Hey Shelsi,

Well, I had actually never heard of you, until I read the Hancock Hummer for once :) and read what your grandparents had written.  We are the same age, and I've been married for about the same amount of time.  I can't imagine how hard it has been to you and Eric, and I wanted to tell you that I'm glad you're doing better, and I'll be praying for you. After all, that's what family is for! :)

COMMENTS:

Greetings to a Special Couple!

Hi guys! My family is from Camarillo, & I grew up loving Lorrie (Eric's mom). My brother is a friend of Eric's. I also have funny memories of babysitting Eric & his brothers! (MAAAANY moons ago...) I was able to participate in the fast for Shelsi a few months ago - it was a sweet experience. You continue to be in my prayers.

Here's to continued butterflies & blessings!

Precious grand-daughter, Shelsi, and grandson, Eric;
God has a way of helping us to realize just how precious each member of the family is, all because He has seen fit to let one member suffer and to show faith and endurance through it all. It is amazing how the blessings are pouring forth to this family; nevertheless they have come forth through a lot of pain and anguish, requiring a great trust in the Atonement of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Thank you, dear Shelsi, for accepting this assignment and showing the rest of us that with faith nothing is impossible.
We are so thankful to your mom and dad for the precious lives of four children they chose to bring into this world. your brother, Jamin- then you, Shelsi- then Kira- and number four, little Kandyse, who loves you from Heaven. Sheri, you are a courageous mother. We are confident in your use of your proverbial "microscope". That is what a good mom does.
We love you, Shelsi, and all the dear families there who are loving and caring for you.

Relation to Shelsi: Les July (musician) introduced me your website

COMMENTS:

The moment I entered your website I could feel a tremendous love-light emanating from you. I came to your site on Les July's request to give a blessing and I have only received.

I met Les at the hospital with my sister Christie Brinkley while we were supporting my father for his back surgery.

Thank you Shelsi and Family!

Shelsi, it strikes me that you may enjoy the poems I have written... if so you may see them on my website... http://www.lovejoyhealth.com/BrinkleysBest/PoetryBlog/PoetryBlog.html.

Many heart felt blessings in return for your Love-Light... which dazzles and bathes us all!

Causeless Joy... Elegance... and Limitless Truth of Openness... as Love!

Dearest Granddaughter Shelsi: Couldn't help but write to you again on this beautiful Easter morn. Even in cold old Canada this day, the sun is shininging brightly, the birds are returning, the grass is starting to turn green, and the trees are getting a few buds. For us it is almost a renewal of life, it has been cold with clouds, blustery and/or snowing for weeks now.
I am so happy that you are home where you can feel the radiation and warmth from the sun as well as from the many, many well wishes and sincere love of the many hundreds of family, friends and acquaintances from all parts of the world and from all walks of life. Shelsi my sweet, I am so very proud and thankful for you and your phenominal courage. You have remained ever up-beat and positive through all of your trials, and beleive me, this has been a blessing to all who have become aware of you. And Eric, my son, you are some kind of man and husband and companion through all of this. Yes, what else would you do, but many a man wouldn't have done so. I found out just today, that your cousin Jeff, who has had long hair and loved it, and wouldn't cut it for anything, had it cut very short, in support of you. You are beautiful to him as well as each of your cousins up here who love and admire you so much, you are a heroess for them. We are having a big family dinner today at the Fishers, wish you kids could join us, but know that you and Eric are in our prayers many times each day. I love you so much, and hope we can all, or most of us get together this July to celebrate. My grandfathers special blessings are with you. Keep smiling. Grandpa H. :)
