Hi Everyone,

The book we promised which shares this amazing journey is about to become reality. I sent the file to the printer today, and hope to have the funds to pay for them in time to have them shipped and arrive before the August 23 Celebration [the celebration has been postponed to allow Shelsi to recover from a very painful bought of shingles -- editor].

The books will be perfect bound, and for those who don't know what that means, they will be bound like a regular paperback book. The book is 168 pages - of which 56 pages are full color (lots of pictures from the journey, some never seen before.) The printers price with shipping is around $12.00 a piece.

AND... to fulfill the purpose of the book - we will sell the books for $18.00* each and give the profits to Shel & Eric. They have already said they plan on using some of the money to help others in need. Always Paying it Forward.

If you would like to order one or more, please send your check to the address from my previous email or just give to me at work, or when you see me. You can also use my PayPal account which is my email address - either way works.

Also, if you haven't RSVP'd to my Evite for the Celebration here in South OC on Aug 23, 2008, please do so. If you have - thank you! I know many of you can't make it due to the distance involved and I obviously understand. And I know many of you attended the one in Camarillo, and Shel and the family thank you so much for sharing that time with them. It was a huge success. I'm really looking forward to the opportunity to share Shelsi's victory over cancer with my friends here as well. If you know someone who didn't get an invite, especially those I work with who would like to attend, feel free to forward the invitation to them. When we went to MetLife's email system I can't figure out some of the email address now.

*For those who live close to me I'll hand deliver them. For those near Shelsi & Eric, she can deliver them. If you are far enough away that it will need to be mailed, please add an additional $3.00 for shipping and make sure you give me your mailing address.

Shelsi is the daughter of Sheri and Ric Hancock, and the wife of Eric Stolworthy. On Jan 25th, 2007, she was diagnosed with "Diffused Large B-cell lymphoma" -- in other words, Cancer. It manifested as an 14 cm mass in her chest that was pushing on her heart and constricting the blood flow to the rest of her body. She has completed her first round of Chemotherapy and Radiation treatments, but because a tumor was discovered in her brain it was necessary for her to undergo yet another round. After a stem-cell transplant proceedure, she is cancer free and blithely on the way to full recovery. Her husband Eric, her parents Ric & Sheri and all the rest of her family and friends thank you dearly for all your prayers and support!
