Hi Everyone and Happy Holidays!

Below is the link to Shelsi's blog which has the story about she and Eric's trip to San Diego and Sea World. with some very cute pix.

Shel has just finished 3 weeks of radiation and has 9 more days of it to go. She is tolerating it very well and has enough energy to do some wonderful holiday baking. After the next five days they will do another scan, then do 4 more radiation treatments After that we should know exactly what the next steps are. We will keep you posted.

In the meantime, we want to wish you all a joy filled holiday with love and gratitude for the Light of the World who makes this season possible.

Shelsi is the daughter of Sheri and Ric Hancock, and the wife of Eric Stolworthy. On Jan 25th, 2007, she was diagnosed with "Diffused Large B-cell lymphoma" -- in other words, Cancer. It manifested as an 14 cm mass in her chest that was pushing on her heart and constricting the blood flow to the rest of her body. She has completed her first round of Chemotherapy and Radiation treatments, but because a tumor was discovered in her brain it was necessary for her to undergo yet another round. She is now receiving radiation to the brain and if a subsequent MRI indicates she is free of cancer, she will undergo a stem-cell transplant. Her husband Eric, her parents Ric & Sheri and all the rest of her family and friends thank you dearly for all your prayers and support!
