| [Tuesday, June 19, 2007] Hi Everyone, While I was in Lincoln, Nebraska last weekend visiting the part of Steve's family I'd never met before, and that he hadn't seen in 4 or 5 years, another flurry of donations came in for the Shelsi Fundraising event. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I was scheduled to head out this afternoon to spend the next two weeks with Shelsi, but an "unscheduled" tooth extraction has put me behind a day. I got back from Lincoln at midnight last night and at noon was sitting in the oral surgeon's chair - UGH! But hopefully this will solve an on-going problem I've had for the past 7 weeks. When I talk to Shelsi on the phone she is still sounding dramatically better. I haven't seen her now in about 3 weeks, but her voice is more upbeat and she can get through a sentence now without coughing. So I truly believe, things are looking up and that along with all the amazing loving thoughts, prayers, good nutrition, and great miracles of modern medicine, she will beat this thing and continue to make a huge difference on this beautiful planet of ours.
