I’m sitting at the computer looking out
the window at the full moon. I really can see the face on the moon
- and it seems to be smiling. I’ll take that. Shel’s
had a ruff few days since Friday when she started running a fever.
When she went in to get blood work done on Monday her white count
had dropped significantly for the first time since this all began.
She is now on antibiotics, which seem to be helping. They also did
a chest X-ray, and we’ll find out what that shows when she
goes back in for round 5 of chemotherapy, tomorrow, Wednesday.
I’m taking the day off to go hang out with
her and Eric at the Cancer center at Cedars while she gets her treatment
– just for old times sake
We still don’t know what progress has been
made by the last two treatments. I’ve been told by Dr. Lil’s
nurse that once she’s had the 6th treatment the middle of
April- then they will do another scan, probably a PET scan to if
she’s in remission. So for right now, we just continue to
watch – wait – and pray.
Love to ALL
